This is an agreement between you and Labor & Wait. In accepting the terms of this agreement, you acknowledge understanding and promise to comply with its terms. If you do not accept the terms, please do not complete the trial transaction.
What you are receiving from Labor & Wait is a limited license to use digital typeface software - hereafter 'trial fonts' - on a trial basis for research, documentation, and presentation purposes only. You are not purchasing the copyright to the design of the trial fonts, but temporary rights to evaluate the trial fonts.
The trial fonts are provided in OpenType (.otf) format only. The glyph set has been reduced to a basic selection of letters, numerals, and basic punctuation.
What you can do with trial fonts:
- Test the trial fonts in layouts and design applications
- Create presentation materials and mockups to share with clients or stakeholders
- Embed the trial fonts in presentation files such as Portable Document Format (PDF), PowerPoint (.ppt), or Keynote, so long as the fonts are embedded in a way that prevents extraction
Trial restrictions:
- No artwork may be released to print or web publication.
- If you use the trial fonts for production, you must purchase Standard, Web, or Embedding licensing before releasing any work to the public.
Distribution restrictions:
- You may not distribute the trial fonts to people outside of your organization.
Modifications:
- You may make reasonable modifications to the trial fonts for your internal evaluation use, including adjusting spacing and subsetting glyphs.
- You may not create and distribute derivative typefaces based on these trial fonts.
We grant the rights of use of our trial fonts to you in good faith, and request that you adhere to the terms of this agreement to the best of your ability, and in good faith.
