Labor & Wait Trial Font License Agreement · Version 23.245a
This is an agreement between you and and Labor & Wait. In accepting the terms of this agreement, you acknowledge understanding and promise to comply with its terms. If you do not accept the terms, please do not complete the trial transaction.
What you are receiving from Labor & Wait is the license to use digital typeface software - hereafter 'fonts' - on a trial basis; you are not purchasing the copyright to the design of the fonts, but the rights to use the fonts for mockup and presentation purposes only. No artwork may be released to print or world wide web publication. If you do end up using the fonts for production, you will be required to purchase Desktop, Web, or App licensing at that time. No production using the fonts may be released to the public until Desktop, Web, or App licensing has been purchased.
The fonts are provided in OpenType (.otf) format only. The glyph gamut of the fonts has been reduced to a very basic set of letters, numerals, and basic punctuation.
You may not distribute the fonts to people outside of your organization. The fonts can be embedded in other software files for presentation purposes only, such as Portable Document Format (PDF), so long as the fonts are embedded in such a way that they can not be extracted. The fonts may not be embedded in Word or PowerPoint documents.
You may not modify, convert, adapt, decompile, or otherwise reverse engineer or create derivative works of the fonts.
We grant the rights of use of our fonts to you in good faith, and request that you adhere to the terms of this agreement to the best of your ability, and in good faith.
